Christmas Prize Game with Watchmaker Čakovec

PRIZE COMPETITION RULES:

1. Organizer : ČAKOVEC WATCHMAKER JDOO
2. Duration : From December 6, 2023. until 22.12.2023.
3. Right to Participate : All natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia who follow our profiles on social networks and/or are registered for the newsletter have the right to participate.
4. How to participate : Follow us on Instagram or Facebook, comment with the names of two friends, choose the watch you want to win, sign up for the newsletter and/or make a purchase on the webshop.
5. Prize : Men's watch Casio DW-5600E-1VER and women's watch CLUSE Feroce CW0101212005.

   WATCHMAKER ČAKOVEC JDOO

   NAME OF PRIZE COMPETITION

   "Christmas Prize Game with Clockmaker Čakovec"

   Article 1

   ORGANIZER

   The prize competition is arranged and organized by: URARNA ČAKOVEC JDOO Braće Vajs 12, Čakovec OIB: 92646257841 hereinafter: Organizer.

   Article 2

   DURATION, PURPOSE AND VENUE OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION

   The prize competition is conducted for the purpose of promoting the Organizer on social networks. The prize competition will start on 06.12.2023. and lasts until December 23, 2023 at 11:59 p.m., in the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. The sponsor of the watch, i.e. the prize, is URARNA ČAKOVEC JDOO

   Article 3

   AREA OF PROMOTION

   Promotional materials will be available on the organizer's Facebook and Instagram page, and on the website www.urarna.hr

   Article 4

   PRIZE DETAILS

   The contest has only 1 prize, and it is awarded after the end of the contest on the Facebook and Instagram pages, and on the website www.urarna.hr

   The winner of the prize draw can choose between two offered watches.

   The prize for one person is:

   Men's watch: Casio DW-5600E-1VER (value €79) or Women's watch: CLUSE Feroce CW0101212005 (value €133)
   

   PRIZE RECEIVING RULES:

   The prize is the watch specified in the prize details, and cannot be exchanged for money, another service or product.

   Article 5

   RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

   The right to participate in the prize competition has the right to all natural persons with a residence address in the Republic of Croatia and registered on the social network Facebook www.facebook.com , the Instagram application and subscribed to newsletters at www.urarna.hr, members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the prize competition. as well as members of their immediate families.

   Article 6

   HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION

   For the right to participate in the contest, you need to go to the Organizer's Facebook page, the Organizer's Instagram profile or the website www.urarna.hr and do the following steps:

   1. Press LIKE on the post in which the Organizer announces the prize competition or subscribe to the list for newsletters at www.urarna.hr
   2. In the comment below the announcement to which the Organizer announces the award contest, mark the person of your choice.
   3. Share the post on your Facebook profile or Instagram story, this step is not mandatory, but it gives you a greater chance of winning a prize.
   4. If the participant is not a follower of the Organizer's Facebook page or Instagram profile, follow the page or profile.
   5. By purchasing through the webshop, you automatically enter the draw.

   Everyone who has taken steps by 12/23/2023, by 11:59 p.m., participates in the prize draw.

   Article 7

   DISQUALIFICATION

   The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants at any time in the following cases:

   Participants who are suspected of not having met all the steps of the competition qualifications

   Participants using fake profiles

   Participants who post comments, answers or similar inappropriate content

   Article 8

   CHOOSING THE WINNERS

   Winners are drawn at random using a third party random number system such as ​random.org or similar.​ This type of system automatically throws out a random number on which the organizer or user has no influence. Every comment or subscribe that meets the conditions will be taken into account.

   Article 9

   HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE

   The winner of the prize will be notified on the official Facebook page, Instagram page and www.urarna.hr, and further communication will be continued via e-mail.

   He will be sent a confirmation of the award by e-mail no later than one week after the end of the competition.

   It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm his identity to the Organizer with his own ID card. When receiving the award confirmation, the winner must sign the Award Handover Record. By signing the Handover Record and accepting the prize, all further obligations of the Organizer towards the winner end.

   Article 10

   PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION

   Participants taking part in the prize contest cannot claim different prizes from those specified in these Rules by the Organizer. By participating in the prize competition, participants accept and confirm that they are familiar with the rights and obligations from these Rules.

   Article 11

   PUBLICITY

   By participating in this prize competition, participants agree that, if they become a prize winner, their name and picture may be published and used by the Organizer in printed and digital material free of charge.

   Article 12

   ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

   The name of the award winner will be announced on March 13, 2023. on the official Facebook page and Instagram profile of the Organizer and at www.urarna.hr.

   Article 13

   PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE GAME WHO HAVE NOT OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE

   Minors have the right to participate in the prize competition in accordance with the law. If the winner of the prize is a minor, the Organizer will hand over the prize to a person who, based on the law or a decision of a state body, is obliged to take care of her, and after inspecting the documents proving the parental or guardian relationship.

   Article 14

   TAXES AND DUTIES

   The winner does not bear any taxes or duties, obligations or fees directly related to the prize.

   ARTICLE 15:

   WRONG AND IRREGULAR APPLICATIONS

   Incorrect or incompletely completed applications for participation in the prize competition are invalid and do not give the right to any prize, it is considered that the participant did not comply with the Rules of the prize competition, and the Organizer has the right to prohibit participation in the prize competition at any time.

   Article 16

   IN CASE OF DISPUTE

   In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the participants of the prize competition, the Municipal Court in Varaždin has jurisdiction.

   Article 17

   POSSIBILITY OF INTERRUPTION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION

   The organizer reserves the right to terminate the prize contest in case of unforeseen problems at any time. Participants will be informed about the termination of the prize game via the official Facebook page of the Organizer.

    

   Article 18

   CHANGES TO CONTEST RULES

   The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the contest, and all participants will be informed about this in a timely manner.

   Article 19

   REMARK

   This Contest is in no way affiliated with Facebook or Instagram, nor is it promoted or sponsored by the sites.

   Your data, which you provide exclusively for the needs of the full functionality of this tender, you provide exclusively to the company URARNA ČAKOVEC jdoo, the data may be used for promotional purposes.

   Facebook and Instagram are public spaces, the publication of any of them may represent an invasion of the privacy of both the contest participants and third parties.

   If the participants of the competition publish content/photos on our website and Facebook page, we will consider that they published it voluntarily and URARNA ČAKOVEC jdoo is not responsible for the content thereof, nor for the misuse of such content by any third parties.

   Also, if the participants have published any content on our website and Facebook page (including photos, messages, comments, any personal data, etc.) we will consider that they have all the necessary authorizations to publish such content.

   By such publication, the participants of the competition give the Organizer permission to use the entire published content for marketing and any other commercial purposes, and at the same time renounce all material and any other rights that belong to them on that basis.

   Any misuse of this giveaway will be reported to law enforcement.
